Building a sense of oneness across your team or department is a uphill task. Instead of resolving inter-team dynamics, one should unify the team to increase the capability of handling the responsibilities.

Here are few tips to create a sense of wholeness within the Team:
- Create an open forum
After the formulation of the team, the manager should share an open platform for the members of the team to discuss their responsibilities of the team as a group. Success of individual will contribute to the success of the team.
- Availability of the external knowledge
There are occasions when the team will have to face situations unknowing the answers to the issues, which today will in general , in medieval terms be resolved in house. But sometimes, the answer to those questions will not be achieved. The managers, here should members to act as group and should handle the problems together or ask for outside help.
- Educate team about the collaboration
Even though each member is working as a single unit, they are accountable for the success of the project as a team. If a member focuses only on his individual task, and not of the team as a whole, achievement of the success may get hamper. We need to promote the sense of unity, and collaboration amongst the members.
