\ Machine learning is the science of geeting computers to act without being explicitly programmed. In the past decade, machine learning has given us self-driving cars, practical speech recogintion, effective web search and a vastly improved understanding of the human genome. Machine learning is so pervasive today that you probably use it dozens of times a day without knowing it.
Machine learning is a type of artificial intelligence that allows software applications to become more accurate in predicting outcomes without being explicitly programmed. The processes involved in machine learning are similar to that of data mining and predictive modeling. Both require searching through data to look for patterns and adjusting program actions accordingly.
Machine learning focuses on the development of computer programs that can access data and use it to  learn for themselves. The process of learning begins with observations or data. Some machine learning methods are as follows:

Emotional healing involves becoming aware of hidden emotion, feeling our emotional truth, releasing energy and moving on with life. Emotions affect everything we do. Your body tells you how its feeling about life and
what's going on through waves of emotional energy.
If we disconnect from our emotions then emotions will not affect us which is a wrong conception of everyone
in this world. Emotions that get pushed down are stored in your energy system. That emotions has not gone

Why an Apology?

Giving or receiving an apology can be the hardest thing to do and encounter when one is really hurt. Telling someone you are sorry for something you did wrong or for something misunderstood means that the person must lay aside their pride and admit to it, this is not an easy thing to do. Other side, receiving an apology can be bittersweet as well because hearing and accepting apologetic words causes the recipient to remember a bad time in their life and they too must swallow their pride in choosing to accept it.
Apology is not just a social nicety. It is an important ritual a way of showing respect and empathy. It is also a way of acknowledging an act that if otherwise left unnoticed. Skills development is the process of identifying your skill gaps and developing skills.

Skills development is the process of identifying your skill gaps and developing skills. It is important because your skills determine your ability to execute your plans with success.
Without the right skills you will only frustrate yourself, waste your time and spend a lot of time dealing with rudimentary issues caused by lack of knowledge or lack of skills as opposed to progressing in your goal. This struggle is unconstructive and does not help you move forward. People neglect their skills development many a times and two main reason behind it are,
People are often impressed by what others have accomplished without realizing what they went through to get there.People can be heavily self-critical. They look at how successful others are and conclude that we can never achieve the same.

Leader within me

What is LeadershipLeadership is the quality of individual to encourage the subordinates to work with confidence and enthusiasm. Motivational experts have to say that leaders are never born, leaders are made within. As a child we all were always been instructed by our parents for certain things saying you should not do this you should not do that. Later on the same things were been repeated in our school and colleges. We were been taught that we should follow instructions, become polite and humble to keep our corporate world smooth but nobody teaches us to become leader and self-reliant. Leaders are required to set a bright future vision for an organization which will encourage the other members of organization to work at. One of the renowned motivational speaker and also a former football player Keith Davis has said, “Leadership is the ability to persuade others to seek defined objectives enthusiastically. It is the human factor which binds a group together and motivates it towards go…

There are various reasons behind why we hesitate to talk

Hesitation is an unwillingness to do something, or a delay in doing it, because you are worried, or embarrassed about it. Hesitation happens when you feel uncertainty or doubt. It can be a pause in speech, a faltering moment before you act, or a silent second of indecision.

Hesitation is internal. Each person functions according to their particular nature. Although this nature is not evident in the normal behaviour or character, it can be perceived in a different way and educated to be receptive and true to the aim or direction that you have set for yourself in life. It is reflected in every kind of thinking, behaviour, attitude and performance.

There are various reasons behind why we hesitate to talk:

Lack of content: they basically don't know what to talk about, they lack knowledge, they lack content about various topics.

Unable to express: there is a problem with some people who actually know a lot but are poor in expressing themselves because they lack the communication skills req…

Technology The Past and The Future

In the first half of the 20th Century, a wide range of futurists, science fiction writers and others predicted what life would be like in the Year 2000 and beyond. Many of those concepts made such an impact that they left an indelible mark on the public's imagination.
In fact, many people assume that we're still slowly progressing toward that future. But we are here to tell you that the real future has already arrived. More than that, the predicted future is boring and inferior to our amazing reality.
Let's compare elements of yesterday's future with what's actually happening now and what will happen in Future too..
Pet robots In the future-obsessed 1920s, '30s and '40s, futurists commonly believed that robotic pets would become normal. A few prototypes were even mocked up and displayed at World's Fairs. One robot dog called Philidog was created in 1928. The most famous was Sparko, a robotic dog created in 1940. They were actually mechanical contraption…
